About the program

We provide the best meals with consideration for the physical and mental health of the participants, so the menu will be decided beforehand, but we can take care of participants who have
allergies, etc., so please feel free to contact us.
I recommend you to wear a loosely fitted dress to do Zen meditation and yoga. There are also outdoor activities in the beaches and mountains. As the facilities are close to the mountains,
so please prepare walking shoes, long-sleeved shirts, rain gears, insect repellent, and so on as necessary.
About the facility.
It takes about 10 minutes by foot to the sea. There is a deck with a roof where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the ocean by climbing the mountain stairs at the back of the mountain
for 2 or 3 minutes.You can enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time.
Check-in : 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., check-out : 10 a.m., and the front operating hours are 7am to 12 a.m. Please contact the staff to check in / out in outside hours.
There's a free parking lot. You don't need to make a reservation.
We have a dryer, a toothbrush, a bath towel, a face towel, a shampoo, a rinse, and a body soap.
In order to pursue the physical and mental health of participants, we recommend an offline stay, and there are no Wi-Fi or TV rooms in each room. However, Wi-Fi is installed in some
common areas such as front desk, lobby and dining room, for those who need it.
There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, two each. The washing machine is 300 yen for 1 time, and the dryer is 100 yen for 15 minutes. The detergent is sold at 100 yen for 1
time at the front desk. The available time is from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
